Mobile Car Wash App provides mobile car wash and auto detailing services in Chico, California and surrounding areas. Our services include exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and other detailing services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

3. Booking and Appointments

When you book a service through our platform, you are entering into a binding agreement. Please ensure all booking details are accurate, including service location, vehicle information, and preferred date/time.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition poses safety risks or if accurate information was not provided during booking.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are displayed on our website and may vary based on vehicle type, service selected, and add-ons. We accept payments through:

• PayPal
• Zelle

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Taxes may apply where required by law. Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of service, depending on the payment method selected.

For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected frequency.

5. Subscription Terms

Subscription services provide regular detailing at discounted rates. By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment period of 3 months before cancellation is allowed.

The first month is charged at full price; discounts apply from the second month onwards. Subscriptions apply only to the specific vehicle registered during signup.

Subscriptions cannot be transferred to different vehicles. To change vehicles, you must cancel and create a new subscription.

6. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality detailing services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make it right.

Our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond our control.

7. Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Mobile Car Wash App is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions
• Damage caused by defective vehicle parts or paint
• Personal items left in the vehicle
• Weather-related issues after service completion
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and design elements, is the property of Mobile Car Wash App and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
